Jan 28, 2013 at 7:18 UTC If you don't mind me asking is the computer compatible with 64bit? I'd probably just upgrade to that (if its possible), I see no use in continuing 32bit anymore 0 Jalapeno OP BJoseph Jan 28, 2013 at 8:54 UTC 32 bit is used for tablets, in this 502 proxy case i have a tablet. Dell of course has no idea what to try, did you get anywhere with this? whay type of hardware are you running? 0 Jalapeno OP BJoseph Feb 5, 2013 at 8:04 UTC I am ordering a new system board for the device. I just emailed our sales reps and told them of the issues I have identified with the device. They told me that there is a special team that is fielding the calls and working to resolve issues. I've has a system board replaced twice on one lat 10 to resolve BIOS issues, and now replacing the board to hopefully resolve this TPM issue. 0 Serrano OP BC1 Feb 5, 2013 at 8:33 UTC Excellent, thanks for the feedback. I'm curious to see if the new hardware fixes your issue. I am having Dell send me a new unit and I'm going to send them mine. They want to see if they can find the issue. Will be interesting to see if the new unit has the issue as well. I am waiting on a call back from Microsoft to make sure that it is not their issue first. To make sure thatit is not related to any GPO or driver issues, I have reloaded back to factory defaults and the issue persists. --2/9: update, worked with Microsoft and issue definitely appears to be hardware related.
