At Outook startup, the Addin attempts to load for over activex object error 50 seconds followed by error: "Activex component can't create object" After Outlook completes loading, I then try to manually enable the addin in Oultook under Options > Addins. When I check the box for Contact Sync and activex error 429 click ok, it states: "Error: Subscript out of range".
