Internet Explorer 9 (Vista) repeatedly stops working after brining up home page. Pop-ups say, "A problem caused the program to stop working". Windows popup, "looks for a solution" without success. Security Essentials cannot complete update download. Windows Firewall can't be turned on, "Due to an unidentified problem Windows cannot display Windows Firewall". Windows update won't update. "Problem Reports & Solutions" not working. Microsoft "Help and Support" stops working.
