When attempt to open the MMCby going to(start-> run -> mmc.exe) The console opens and then I go to file and try to launch the dsa.msc file directly...then I get a "memory to low" prompt.I have tried increasing the virtual memory myself, and this isstill the case. Can someone explain why this ishappening and how I can fix it?
