Alread tryed http://support.microsoft.com/kb/2290154 but no change. Unmapped printers (saw somewhere else), still no change. I believe it just started happening today as when I first noticed it there were other entries at the bottom of the log. Now the entire log is filled with this error. The memory could not be "read". Click on OK to terminate the program. Click on CANCEL to debug the program. It's always the same error and referenced memory. The machine is Windows Xp Pro SP3 I have given the user a new machine and it still happens. I am unable to reproduce the error on my machine. She gets the error 1-3 times per day even on her new machine.
