The Print Spooler service https://community.spiceworks.com/topic/81202-print-spooler-service-crashing keeps crashing and this is making it impossible to even install printer. One work around was to print direct to the network printer, other was to use at least a Windows 2003 application error 1000 print server. Then install drivers for win7 from hp and connect to the printer directly.
