I would recommend testing that, and possibly reinstalling Office. Outlook 2007+ do not use Word as the email editor, they instead have a word-based email editor built in. Only 2003 and lower had the "Use Office Word as my email editor" option. Here are some options to look at from Eventid.net Looking through others who had ntdll.dll as the faulting modules, I would check Outlook plug-ins first.
