Then another window came up with this in the banner "Symantec Ghost 7.0.0.260 Copyright (C) 1998-2001 Symantec Corporation. All rights reserved". Within this window was another window with the banner "Error" and finally inside this were the text "Single user version cannot do multiple loads" with an okay button. At the bottom of the page was R:\T1840.GHO I pressed enter and got a new error message "Cannot open GHOSTERR.TXT". Again I pressed enter and this got Application error 11000 "Invalid dump file. If problem persists, please contact Symantec support center or contact symantec support".I shut it all down with the disc still in and this time tried option 2-Boot to command prompt from CD-ROM. I pressed enter and the following came up. AMI attempted to restore my system (Emachines T2625) using the original system disk and received the following messages. Box Title labeling the frame that comes up shows Symantec Ghost 7.0 Copyright (c) 1998-2001 Symantec Corporation. 1. Error: Cannot open R:\T2625.GHO I hit ok 2. Error: Cannot open GHOSTERR.TXT I hit ok 3. Application Error 11000 (Invalid dump file) (If this problem persists, contact Symantec Tehnical Support at http://service.symantec.com I hit ok and the following occurs: Message: Windows XP Restore Complete _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - The hard disk contents have been restored. **STore http://www.computerhope.com/forum/index.php?topic=105516.0 this cd-rom in a safe location!** Remove the CD from the tray and press any key to reboot the system. Press any key to reboot your computer I hit ok system reboots The the data screen comes up and the following message displays: Missing Operatin System Ok.... what can be done to restore this PC? Your system expects to find this file on the CD or Partition using the drive letter 'R'. Is R a valid drive or CD/DVD letter on your PC? JS
