When I try to update an issue https://www.mantisbt.org/forums/viewtopic.php?f=3&t=19471 via Mylyn, I'm getting an error that access is denied (APPLICATION ERROR #13). I already put $g_mc_readonly_access_level_threshold = VIEWER to mc_config_defaults_inc.php (see 0013441 why not to mc_config_inc.php). Setting $g_roadmap_update_threshold to REPORTER in config_inc.php helps, SOAP API is working as expected then.TagsNo tags attached.Attached Files Relationships Relationships Notes ~0030066 rombert (developer) 2011-10-25 10:37 The readonly access level differs from the roadmap update http://www.mantisbt.org/bugs/view.php?id=13442 threshold. What is the access level of the user you are using the SOAP API with? ~0030077 JanHegewald (reporter) 2011-10-26 09:45 Hello rombert, the access level is DEVELOPER. Is it possible that this issue is connected with issue 0013324? ~0030079 rombert (developer) 2011-10-26 10:52 I'm not sure what the issue is here. You are using a DEVELOPER user and trying to access MANAGER privileges. This is a correct access check, which replicates the behaviour of the web UI. ~0030085 JanHegewald (reporter) 2011-10-27 05:06 Ok, I just retested and it seems that there is no problem any more. Maybe the changes 0013324 did the trick. So this issue can be closed. ~0030087 rombert (developer) 2011-10-27 10:39 Resolving then, thanks for the confirmation. Are you sharing the system with others? –Nobody Jul 25 '11 at 19:55 If I'd have a guess, I'd say the /tmp dir is sometimes full. You can alter the path where sessions are stored with session.save_path –Wrikken Jul 25 '11 at 19:55 looks like you don't have permissions to read the file, what did ls -al say? –Drewdin Jul 25 '11 at 19:55 What kind of a server are you using? It looks like your www user doesn't have permission to write /tmp which could be set up on purpose by your host if you have one. You might need to send your web host an email to get this resolved unless you can chmod yourself –Paulpro Jul 25 '11 at 19:55 @nobody well i'm not sharing system wit
