I keep getting a popup message that states "The applications was unable to start correctly (0xc0000142). Then bring up the Run box again and type msconfig select the services tab and check to make sure the service is checked. If you right click on the code in the Event column and choose the properties option there will be a description of the error, please post back here with what you find.
