We have the latest service packs installed (for both LDD and Civil 3D)...any experience with something like this? Help! Have you tried the ._RECOVER command? Can you zip and post the drawing file? R.K. It was created in AutoCAD r14. One person is swearing it is a video card issue since we have the same video cards as every else in the office (standard Dell computers). I wish I could send you the file, but it is confidential so I can't. We can see the preview fine and it acts like it will open, but then that error pops up... the client is sending us the file on CD in hopes that maybe that will help.
