up my new time capsule day and it's working great. Now that I've got backup disk image could not be created error null everything sorted out, I'm ready to do the initial time machine back up on it. I went into preferences, changed the backup

Very quickly I get a message that the backup failed: "Time Machine Error - The backup disk image could not be created".I've searched the apple support creating a backup disk for windows 8 area but haven't been able to figure this one out. Can anyone help, please? This is an initial backup. I called apple support and they told me I was the first one to call with the problem and I'd have to talk to a product specialist with UP TO AN HOUR of wait time. I have to go to work so I couldn't do that, I'll try to call back tomorrow and report back if anything is discovered. But basically erasing the disk using airport utility didn't help, restoring to factory default didn't help, everything else works great, but I get that error every time.
