What can I do?Open 'My Computer', then Right Click on the DVD Drive with the game DVD in it. Then select 'Explore', this should display the entire contents of the DVD. Click on the 'Edit' menu up the top and click 'Select All' to highlight/select all the files, then click on 'Edit' up the top and click 'Copy'. Close your 'My Computer' window and then Right Click on the desktop Background and hover over 'New' then select 'Folder'. Give this folder a name of 'BFME' (no inverted commas) and press Enter. Right Click on this new folder and select Paste. This should now be copying the contents of the DVD to the Desktop.Once you finish copying the files, open the folder on the desktop you made, then open a folder called 'Support' and then open a folder called 'sv'. I haven't played on it for about a year so recently tried to install it on the same laptop. However, it begins installing and then stops at 76% saying an error occured whilst installing. When this message occurs, it is trying to install 'D:\data\movies\cs41.vp6' I checked the system requirements for the game and the system properties of my laptop and i have al the software and space required to run the game. I would really appreciate it if anyone could help me, thanks. 0 Comments Jokke Bergen, Norway Icrontian Jun 2010 edited Jun 2010 Is the disc scratched or damaged in any way? Also, make sure that the last install of LOTR is completely removed from D: before initiating a new install. If possible, try to skip or ignore the error when it occurs, if it gives you the option. It's just a video file, you should be able to play without it. 0 Sign In or Register to comment. Icrontic › All Discussions › Gaming Talk to Us Twitter @icrontic Facebook Page IRC Ch
