As far as i know it should be something about the Ram or Ram Slot. Since i tried a few different Rams and nothing changed i suppose its actually the Bank/Slot itself. What can i do? Answered! Yes No Voted Undo Score 4 Cancel Comments: I had this problem with RAM (that came with a MacBook error tones mac Pro) that a MacBook wouldn't accept. Got this error several times; reseating didn't help; trying one, then the other didn't help. SOLVED thus: finally, I left one of the original sticks in, and one of the new sticks. Worked! Running memtest a dozen times showed it's reliable, so I'm leaving it as is - 3GB up from 2. 09/23/2015 by Matthew Elvey Hi all, I had same issue and had to chage PRAM battery( button one _2032), open iMac and chagne it, it was fine afetr it. 09/28/2015 by Gord would this work on a macbook pro? I tried counting the beeps a few times and they don't seem to stop (I counted up to about 30 before i decided to stop, they kept going!) I've read a few forum posts, and other things related on the internet, but no-one has a problem with continuous beeping. I don't know how to open up my mac book and replace RAM, or anything of the sorts. Thanks, Nicolas Reply With Quote 05-12-2012,11:05 AM #2 Sketch.
