Cannot Start Microsoft Outlook Cannot Open The Outlook Window Invalid Xml The View Cannot Be Loaded
in to vote One of our customers is receiving the error "Cannot start Microsoft Office Outlook. A cannot start microsoft outlook 2007 the set of folders cannot be opened program error occured. Quit Outlook and Microsoft Windows and then start again. A program error occured. Quit Outlook and Microsoft WIndows and then start again." This happens at least

once a day, when she opens Outlook in the morning. She is currently running Outlook 2007 and Windows XP SP3. So far, I've done the following to troubleshoot: Ran Office diagnostics on Outlook with no problems detected or repaired. Uninstalled/re-installed MS Office suite. Created another Outlook profile The error still appears. Any ideas? Start -> Run -> services.msc Windows search If not, try start it up and have a go at starting Outlook again, i've had the same error where this solved the problem. Best regards. Start-> Run; outlook.exe /safe (note the space in the command) If it works now, your issue is most likely caused by an add-in. Which add-ins do you have installed? Disable them all and see if the issue still occurs. If not, you can enable them one-by-one to find the culprit.
