Russ here, High pressure lockout is cause by dirty condensor,bad fan capacitor keeping outside fan from running or bad fan motor. Turn power off to outside unit and inside unit. None of your suggested problem causes was the source of the lockouts. The Spring Preventative Maintenance person had failed to check the drain line and it was
