I am running vista on an hp laptop. I had some problems last year and got help here. The gent that helped me had me download tweaking.com and I just realized that this was the last time my computer created a restore point. Now everytime I try to create a restore point I get the catastrophic failure error. I have cleaned out my temp files and run chkdsk/f to try and clean up the drives. I have tried the microsoft fixit files and have gotten no results. I have since removed tweaking.com from my laptop. Any help would be appreciated.
