When I click details it says "Cause http://androidforums.com/threads/if-you-are-getting-a-message-like-cause-code-64-error-code-2.566215/ Code: 64" "Error Class:2" What does this mean and how do I get it to go away? I don't think it permanently prevents the text from sending, but it does slow me down. Any help would be appreciated! Do to so, simply dial: # # 72786 # I believe you then need to hit the Menu button, then select Reset. You'll need to enter your MSL, which you can find under Your Devices in your Ting Dashboard. Once the phone reboots it should go through a handsfree activation. One more thing... make sure the phone is not connected to Wifi when doing the carrier reset, and also that you do have cellular data active (and that you're not roaming). Let's get this issue resolved. Have you tried dialing *228 on your device to make sure you are on the correct Provider Roaming list. Error code 64 appears to be possible Radio Interference. Does this issue occur everywhere you travel? I would also make that you are on the latest device software. Thanks, Pamelaf_VZW Like Show 0 Likes(0) Actions 2.
