This problems affects Websense Explorer versions starting with Websense Enterprise version 5.5.2 through version 6.3.1. Websense Express version 1.0 is also affected. The problem occurs when you run a User or Group report and select User by Day/Month, followed by a date past January 16, 2008. When these reporting options are selected, a CGI error is returned. Also we found that non of the Websense services are working and they refuse to start manually and we didn't find any errors in the event viewer. What's the solution to our problem????? Now suddenly the services are working again but when i access the websense website i get this error: An error has occurred.
