Error 196 when printing certain documents Started by Tim Waring , 06 September 2012 - 01:30 AM Login to Reply Tim Waring Members #1 Tim Waring 252 posts Posted 06 September 2012 - 01:30 http://discussions.citrix.com/topic/312860-error-196-when-printing-certain-documents/ AM Hi,I am having more issues with printing from a Mac at one of my clients sites.Today he was trying to print an edited PDF application form, but no matter what I tried, it keeps saying Cannot be printed Error 196. The same file works fine from Windows machines and all other print jobs seem to work fine on the Mac.He is using Dazzle 11.2.0 on Snow Leopard 10.6.8 (tried upgrading to newer Receiver in the past, but because it is connecting to a remote server not over a VPN, the changes where it tries to direct print keep failing on their Canon printers.)All I can find seem to relate to PS4/4.5 back in 2006-8.Any help would be appreciated. Thanks,Tim 1252-312860-1670835 Back to top Report abuse Back to Receiver for Macintosh Reply to quoted posts Clear Citrix ©1999-2016 Citrix Systems, Inc.
