cannot supply requested class Forum Index » PowerDVD (previous versions) Author Message 03/03/2012 09:34:32 Subject: Error 80040111: ClassFactory cannot supply requested class tbop Newbie Joined: 03/03/2012 09:26:07 Messages: 13 Offline Hi, I first wanted to purchase PowerDVD 12 since it's the only easy-to-use BluRay player available for Windows 7 therefore I've downloaded the 30-day trial version from your website. Unfortunately it turns out that every time I try loading BD I've instantly got the same error: Code 80040111: ClassFactory cannot supply requested class I'm using a brand new computer with Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit SP1 and a LG CH10LS20 as DVD/BD player. Everything may be up-to-date as far as I know. I've tested it with different BD which I knew they work, the DVDs seems to work fine though. I'm guessing I may require a missing installation on my new computer but couldn't figure out yet. Btw: I'm a software engineer so I don't mind making some odd stuffs in cmd to give you further logs. PowerDVD is from BLue Ray disc Suite bundled with LG Player I can read DVD perfectly. Every time I try to read a BLue Disc; I have the following error : 80040111 Internal Error with no text message. I have tried My own 7.0 PowerDVD version, I have the error, I tried to patch the version to 7.3 , Same 8004011 Error. I downloaded a PowerDVD 9 Trial version and I have always the same error.
