'[Windows]\System32' folder: msxml3.dll msxml3a.dll msxml3r.dll This error is due to the fact that the licensing module classfactory cannot supply requested class excel 2010 could not find msxml parser on your system which is supplied by above three dll's The first thing to try is registering the dll: 1. Go to "Start->Run", type cmd and press classfactory cannot supply requested class arcgis enter to access the DOS console. 2. Change path to [Windows]/System32 folder where you have all the three dlls installed 3. Type in 'regsvr32.exe msxml3.dll" and press Enter. It should display a success message box. After that please try to activate the license again. I downloaded and installed the latest Windows Script for XP but the error message persists, It makes no difference if I use the printer's uninstall drivers program or try removing them using the listing in Add & Remove Programs. I also tried uninstalling the drivers in Safe Mode as well but got same results. Any other suggestions? What exactly does this reference to "ClassFactory mean?
