I need to find out how I can determine the root cause for the following error: Communication link failure TCP Provider: The specified network name is no longer available From time to time, I am seeing this error when running a set of SSIS packages. I search the net for some solutions and there are recommendations to disabled TCP Chimney Offloading, RSS and NetDMA. So i disabled those features but still the error is recurring. What possibly causes the failure?
