Computer Determined To Be Not In A Site 0x77f

Sign in to vote I have a large network with 100's of subnets. Currently within getting dc name failed status = 1919 AD Sites and Services the Default-First-Site-Name is the only site configured without any subnets added, so in simple terms it is error: computer determined to be not in a site. error code 0x77f. a default out of the box configuration. A colleague wanted to test site aware group policies, so I configured a site based on his own subnet. My computer is a member of a different subnet on

Nltest Dsgetsite Failed 1919

running nltest /dsgetsite from a command prompt I receive DSGetSiteName failed: Status = 1919 0x77f ERROR_NO_SITENAME So it looks like once you start specifying subnets in AD Sites and Services you have to add all the other subnets that you have on your network or AD will consider that you only have the subnets you have configured. The script I'm having problems with is one to retrieve all the users stored in the "users" table on a database simply called "sitename". Have successfully performed some other simple tasks related to connecting to the db but am coming unstuck on this one as I am getting the Code: FUNCTION sitename.DATE_FORMAT does not exist error. I have been over and over the code in relation to matching it with the book's example and cannot see any mistakes in that sense, have been to the errata section of the book's website and nothing is posted there.
