Her's won't load the pages when accessing the internet. In the address bar, you can see the address, but the 'Problem Loading Page' pops up. Also, I clicked on the exclamation point at the beginning of the address(?) and it says website or page not encrypted. I put Avast on there and have XP firewall. That's it. I did download Comodo firewall only, but uninstalled to see if that was the problem. Her connection is wifi, but it has excellent signal. Just replaced the battery. It is a Dell Inspiron B1300, I'm pretty sure. So, it's older, but works fine. I'm using my own to post this, so I can't share other info, per se. Thanks for any help!
