Whenever I turn my computer on this screen will come up two/three times and usually work the fourth or fifth time. Also whenever I plug my Ipod into my computer I will get the crash dump error. If you google this problem, there are many solution to this problem. But Microsoft cover up this vulnerabilities in windows 7. I believe that this not frequent problem because it you say it happen when you plug Ipod into the computer and when using youtube. I recommend thay you update vista in windows update. Make sure that windows update is setting on to receive the latest update from microsoft. Some of the patch that in update will fixing the problem. You should at least have service pack 2 install to receive the support from microsoft.If this does not fix not work you should check the hardware driver in device manager. If any hardware in device manager show yellow triangle exclamation mark, you should reinstall the driver or update the driver.
