It is used by computers to specifically check the data stored in the hard drive or optical disks (DVD’s and CD’s). The error code occurs due to the following reasons:Cluttered hard diskRegistry corruptionMisconfigured filesUnsuccessful program installationIf this error is not resolved, it can lead to serious consequences such as: - Data loss - Fatal crash - and system failure.Solution:There are two EASY ways to fix this error.Method 1Run the CHKDSK application. This is a built-in feature in your Windows system. It checks for hard disk damage and attempts to resolve it. If not this method do not fix the error, try method 2.Method 2Install and Run Total System Care. Possibly the best and efficient way to resolve Cyclic Redundancy Check Error, is by using a repair tool like Total System Care.Related errors:cyclic redundancy check errorcyclic redundancy check fixdata error cyclic redudancy checkcyclic redudancy check examplecyclic redudancy

A data error cyclic redundancy check external hard drive seagate cyclic redundancy check error can be caused by several different issues: registry corruption, a cluttered hard disk, an unsuccessful program installation, or misconfigured files. Regardless of the specific cause, the cyclic redundancy check https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qL-gd7Joe4c error is a serious one and must be addressed to avoid potential data loss or even a total system failure system. Luckily, there are a few simple ways to address this problem using (free) disk utility software.[1] Steps Method 1 Running the CHKDSK Utility 1 Access the CHKDSK utility. CHKDSK (or "check disk") is a built-in Windows utility that will scan and repair your drive's errors. It http://www.wikihow.com/Fix-a-Cyclic-Redundancy-Check-Error has the ability to find and repair a number of small errors or file corruptions that may be causing the cyclic redundancy error. Right click the drive you want to check, then click Properties->Tools. Under “Error Checking” click “Check Now”. If a CD or DVD disc is giving you this error it may be the result of a scratch or some dust. Try cleaning the disk with a soft cloth before anything else. Optical disk errors are often not repairable. If you get this error on a Mac (less common), first try the built-in Disk Utility and “Repair” the disk. 2 Decide on a basic versus an advanced scan. Check boxes to indicate if you’d like to do a basic check and repair or an advanced one - the default is the basic scan. The basic scan should take around 15-20 minutes while the advanced scan may take hours. Make sure you’ve got the time set aside and don't disturb the computer once it begins. 3 Reboot the computer to begin the scan. If scanning the main drive on your computer (the one you’re booted up on), CHKDSK will not be able to run immediately and will instead schedule

So either the original file is corrupted, or the burning process did not work correctly, or the optical drive is not able to read the media completely. What do you mean by "open" the iso? You don't open an iso, you just burn the iso to a disk. If the disk opens OK on the original machine, you either have not finalized the disk (which also means that you didn't burn it correctly since iso's do not usually need finalizing), or the burn failed in some other way, such as a buffer overflow. What burning program are you using? Are you burning as an image (When you explore the DVD, do you see an iso file)? Free ISO burning apps: Standalone ISO Burner (Be sure to check the "Finalize" box.) Active@ ISO Burner EasyISO BurnISO ISOBurn ISO Recorder for XP (Uses XP's burner and adds context menu - Vista version also available.) If it's stopping at the same point every time, then it's probably a scratch. Try a disc clean
