occurs when DBISAM opens a table and http://support.1000years.com/kb/a67/error-dbisam-error-8961-header-information-corrupt.aspx detects that the actual data in the http://www.posroundtable.com/wowbb/view_topic.php?id=437&forum_id=1 table does not match the header information, which is always an indication of corruption in the table. Run the "Options - Batch Processing" function with the Repair Tables option selected. If dbisam engine the problem cannot be corrected by the built-in repair facility, you will need to restore from a recent backup. I imagine this'll be a simple regedit fix, but I'd like to know what key to delete before hand rather than going around jacking up the registry. The computer itself shows the correct time & date, but that's what pops up in the pos software for some reason. The only way to fix the problem is to repair the data: Exit all Point of Success programs Make a backup copy for your data files (copy all files from the C:\Point of Success \Data folder somewhere else for safekeeping) Open the Database Administrator (Start > All Programs > Point of Success > Database Administrator) Click the Data Maintenance tab and click Repair Data Now Let us know what happened to cause the problem and how the correction goes!
