Rating/ Voters This error message can occur if Windows has not released file locks on one or more of your PhonePad http://www.elevatesoft.com/forums?action=view&category=dbisam&id=dbisam_discussion&page=1&msg=12223 data files. It can be resolved by rebooting your Server or Host PC.If you still get the error, check the user permissions for the PhonePad data folder https://www.cybercom-software.com/knowledgebase/article/AA-00225/0/DBISAM-Error-11013-Access-denied-to-table-or-backup-file.html (and the files it contains).
