Please make sure your download has finished before attempting to install the game. Secondly, make sure the installation executable file is in the same folder as all your other Diablo III installation files. If the problem persists, you may need to delete all the files and restart the download.Your installation folder should not have any files with the .Part extension. If it does, it indicates the downloader was closed prematurely. Restart the downloader in this case, selecting the same location the "Diablo-III-8370-enUS-Installer" folder is in, and it will check the existing files and download what's missing. It's important to let the downloader finish on it's own. It will start the "Diablo III Setup.exe" file when it's done. It can take a while so please be patient. So I'm wondering if this is just Blizz putting this in there like a file just to make it so I can't download until its launched. If you get an error there's a problem with your files. If you try to run it, it should say what the posters above mentioned. Anything else, and its likely you got corrupted somehow along the way. Make sure you are using the newest downloader they said to run. Rollback Post to Revision RollBack #6 May 13, 2012 VioletSkye VioletSk

ago by Dan Page about Diablo 3 Since the mad rush of Diablo 3's release last night there have been thousands of people struggling to get onto Blizzard's servers. With each attempt to do so gamers are presented with a few cryptic numbers. But what do they mean? Luckily for everyone involved Blizzard have offered a helping hand in the form of information. Most users encountering problems are seeing 37 and 12. Error 37 can be translated to "The service is undergoing maintenance, please try again later." Error 12 means "the Global Play feature being disabled until all regions are active". Blizzard has advised players receiving this message to make sure they choose the correct region when starting the game. Blizzard's advice in full: "If your installation disc has been ejected, please reinsert and try again. If not, or if you keep seeing this error, log in to Battle.net and install Diablo III digitally" - If you downloaded the installer digitally, this error indicates that it did not convert the files correctly. This can often be caused by closing the downloader early. Though the downloader may show 100%, please allow some time for it to fully complete. To resolve this issue, log into Battle.net and re-run the downloader. Error 108 - Similar to "An unexpected decryption error occurred", the error 108 can be caused by corrupted, damaged or incomplete installation files. This can often times be caused by closing the downloader early. Though the downloader may show 100%, please allow some time for it to fully complete. You may be able to fix this by running the downloader and pointing it to the same saved location so that it may scan and download any missing files. Error 12 - This error is caused by the Global Play feature being disabled until all regions are active. Please make sure you choose the correct region when starting the game as per this sticky Error 33 and 34200 - The service is undergoing maintenance, please try again later. (Please note that Diablo 3 will not be available for play until May 15 at 12:01 a.m. PDT. Error 37 - The server is full. This is likely due to high login traffic. The only solution is to keep trying to log in. Error 24000 - Once logged in you may run into this error when attempting to start a game. We're aware and are working to resolve it as quickly as possible. Error 3004, 3006, 3007, or 300008 - There are a number of possible causes for these errors.
