SOLUTION Delete the deployment.properties file The deployment.properties file is usually located in: “C:\Documents and Settings\\Application Data\Sun\Java\Deployment” (where username is your login name) directory. The installation process will create a new java.dll not found deployment.properties file. Short of that, if you've already tried some other guides and/or messed up your registries, the most certain way to deal with the problem is to delete all previous versions of Java (using "Programs and Features" uninst
