Is it possible the upgrade coincided with some change to the network? Are there any errors in the Plex DLNA Server.log? Is the DLNA server process staying up? 0 andy@143wv.com Posts: 9Members, Plex Pass July 2013 Hi, Nothing changed on the network and all is connected via https://forums.plex.tv/discussion/74903/dlna-error-2006-on-ps3 Gigabit switch. It doesn't allow me to copy and paste. Thanks, Andy 0 schmertzin Posts: 2Members November 2013 Hello everybody. No news about the 2006 error? I'm asking cuz I have a folder named 'Videoclips' with thousands of files and everytime I try to browse this folder on Plex using my PS3 I receive a "2006 error" and cannot see any file. When I originally set up my PS3, I could stream videos, music, photos, etc from my PC to my PS3. For some reason, I am now getting the "DLNA Protocol error 2006" when I try to connect to my media server. It doesn't even detect the media server right now. I do have internet access though...that's not an issue. I am running Windows XP and using Windows Media Player 11. I have googled this topic several times, but I'm finding that I'm led all over the place...some of the info is a couple years old...It's just not working out. I can't pinpoint the exact time that this started, but the only two major things that have happened to my pc around that time are I installed Kaspersky Internet Security 2010 and I had a prolonged power outage where my internet required being set up again by the provider. Any suggestions? Thanks! Long may your big jib draw, me ol' cocky! Reply With Quote 02-03-2010,07:31 PM #2 SaskNewfie View Profile View Forum Posts View Blog Entries View Articles Stunned as me arse! If it does you will need to find a way allow access to your WM11 server. The other possibility is if your PS3 is set to a dynamic IP address it could have changed during your power outage and you may need to reconfigure WM11. If this is the cas
