I'm getting the dreaded "DLNA 7531 protocol error" and a message that the system is unable to connect to dlna protocol error 501 my media server. I've been unsuccessful in finding any fix on the internet. PLEASE HELP!! I have not found ANY response from sony to help. Yet this is an issue with every ps3 I have EVER used. Sony has shown how little they care. Just try and find a response for any of these DLNA issues. Anyone know what the problem is or how to solve it? With Guitar Hero, it freezes up when the loading HDD meassage comes up. Soul Calibur 4 doesn't even allow me that far, it says that the game is used under a different s/n or used on a different PS3 system but this isn't true because I've always used my s/n and my PS3 to play all

You may get a DLNA error message: DLNA Protocol Error 7531. Solution: dlna protocol error First, make sure that all your connections are working correctly. Then navigate to the PS3's Media Server: Settings -> Network Settings -> Media Server Connection. Disable the Media Server Connection, back out of the menu, then go back to the Media Server Connection and Enable it again. This should fix the issue.
