After it reset, the DVR never recovered. I have tried unplugging the external hard drive from the box as well as powering it off. Sometimes when the cable box is powering up I see E126. So as of right now I have all my channels back, but no DVR service. When I hit dvr error LIST on the remote, it says DVR service is unavailable. I need this back ASAP! It should reboot on your end in just a moment. Please check the DVR again in about 15-20 minutes. I had to unplug the external hard drive and reset the box. Then it comes back and starts rebuilding all the menus and tv guide. I then plug in the external hard drive but it still says DVR service not available. This will shut the box off but you will need to manual power it back on. Leave the hard drive connected while this goes though. The box will go through its boot process again and will take 15-20 minutes
