I am very appreciative of Norma who actually read the instructions and sent a message to the mailing list. (Thank you Norma!) Normally, people just phone me up. Sometimes late at night. Often the callers are angry and vent their frustrations on me. If anybody has any suggestions for Norma, and the countless others like her who have similar DLL problems, please post them here so that I can write them up and put them someplace where Google can easily find them.
