It's about 8-9 months old. Recently I have been experiencing problems trying to play DVD's. When I put in a DVD, the screen says http://www.caraudio.com/forums/car-video-security-electronics/101854-error-message-pioner-avh-p7500dvd.html "FORMAT READ" for about 45 seconds, then goes to a blue screen with the message "error-02-99". It still plays CD's no problem, and the TV/XM work on it. I tried resetting the unit a couple times, but had no luck. Anyone see this before? Any suggestions? Thanks... I have seen lens cleaning devices specifically for mobile dvd players. I'm not sure if theres a difference in the cd and the dvd cleaner though. Whenever I plug them in to the USB on my AVH-8400BT it says ERROR-02-D0, The user's guide says nothing about this error, and it is driving me crazy. Both pen drive and hard disk are FAT32 formatted, pioneer error 02 but still don't work. Any help? Back to top #2 Luismi696 Luismi696 Members 3 posts Posted 26 March 2013 - 12:12 PM Problem solved, I was using a USB extension cable. Removing this cable, the USB flash drive is working properly and the hard disk has been necessary to connect a second USB power from the cigarette lighter.
