Error 03 Sac Failed
migratie alaethem21 januari 2015, 22:17Hallo, Sinds de migratie naar het digitale TV platform van UPC geeft mijn televisie elke keer met inschakelen een foutmelding. "Het authenticatie proces tussen uw toestel en de TV Module (CI+ CAM) is mislukt (SAC failed)." Ik moet nu na het inschakelen van de televiesie elke keer de CI+ module verwijderen en opnieuw plaatsen. Is hier een oplossing voor? TV: Sony KDL-32V5500 CAM: Neotion CI+ v1.2 module. De tv uitschakelen, 2. De module en de smartcard verwijderen, 3. Dan de televisie opstarten, 4. Module plaatsen en dan smartcard plaatsen. alaethem22 januari 2015, 19:40Om te beginnen bedankt voor de snelle reactie. Echter heeft deze "oplossing" het probleem erger gemaakt. Ik krijg op alle "betaalde zenders" nu een zwart beeld tot de module opnieuw geplaatst is. NPO 1, 2 en 3 HD werken namelijk wel zoals het zou moeten. Zojuist heb ik de televisie hersteld naar fabrieksinstellingen en opnieuw de setup doorlopen en zenders ingesteld. Inderdaad, na elke gecodeerde zenderwisseling moet de module even er uit en er weer in. Zojuist met Ziggo gebeld en de standaard procedures doorlopen.
