I had googled the error msg for help and after trying to download a tool to fix without success, I followed your instructions to delete the inbox.dbx file and it worked like a charm. I can send, but not receive. I have deleted the many emails that had never been deleted, but still can not receive. I have been told I have a corrupted Inbox file. It basically means you have too much saved email in the version of Outlook Express your are using.
