I must have missed a menu step but I cannot get the account to connect. Not sure what I have missed as I have several other e-mail identities which all work perfectly. Your solution did not address my problem. What happens is this: I send an email from Outlook with my gmail edress and it sits in my outbox but can't be sent. I am pretty sure I sent you the text of the msg I get.
