"Archive extraction failed: 1003"Last night I used just the installer file and received a similar error message but don't recall it's exact wording.How can I get back into this game? work. 2 weeks ago it worked fine, no issues. Today I try and load it up and it will not get past the server selection screen. Don't know if it related to my connection through work or otherwise. This would seem likely if you are on a work network. The launcher (launcher.exe) and game client (swtor.exe) need to be able to communicate through your firewall. As you are using a work network error 1003 you would need to speak to your network admin to see if they would be able to add the exceptions to the firewall for you. The game also needs to have ports 80, 8995, 12000-12999 and 20000-30000 (TCP) opened in your router settings. So you would once again need to speak to your network admins for this. Thank you. That being said I understand your belief that the ports would be blocked by the admin here, however that would not explain why the game ran 2 weeks ago, however today it wont work.
