However, when running a sync now, the following error message displays: Error 1004: Error in GoTo Record. After synching each section/piece separately, you discover that it's the Contacts section that generates the error. Answer In one case, a workaround was to click the Reset button on the back of the handheld. In another case, forcing a one-way full synchronization from Notes to the handheld device worked.
