I had turned the printer off ahead of a storm rolling through the area. I had xerox phaser 3610 controller error 116-324 seen the error in the past and was able to resolve by turning it off then waiting a few seconds before turning it back on. Now it's coming up all the time. What does this error mean, how can I resolve it? Solved! Go to Solution. It works perfectly fine with the Mac. However, only the Print function works on the PC (Windows 7) and the Scan function doesn't work, even I installed the updated driver which was supposed to support Windows 7 system. Whenever I tried to scan to the PC, the following error message would appear on the scanner: SMB Login Error Error 031-522 Anyone has any suggestions on how to fix it? Thank you very much.
