I had turned the printer off ahead of a storm rolling through the area. I had seen the error in the past and was able to resolve by turning it off then waiting a few seconds xerox phaser 3610 controller error 116-324 before turning it back on. Please take a look at the case for the Fault code 116-324. Please also make sure that the machine is plugged into a dedicated outlet directly, no surge protector or extension cord to remove those as possible issues.
