If it is of REG_SZ type, delete the value, and then create a new value of the correct type. Close Regedit.exe and restart Windows. Details ISSUE When installing the Patch Agent (LPR) Module, you may receive an error "Error 1606. Could not access network location %APPDATA%\" This issue may occur if the Application Data path has become corrupt. RESOLUTION In the registry under 'HKEY_USERS\S-1-5-18\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\User Shell Folders', you will have a key named 'APPDATA'. The value of this key should be something like the following: Pre-Vista: %USERPROFILE%\Application Data Post-Vista: %USERPROFILE%\AppData\Roaming If the value you find differs from the above, then modifying the value to match these should resolve this issue.
