Assuming your W7 login is kiran then the value of %appdata% would be: C:\Users\Kiran\AppData\Roaming ... so make sure these folders exist. If you drop into a command prompt you can type: echo %appdata% to verify the environment variable is set properly. If you have moved these system folders or the environment variable is set wrong that would be the issue.
