This was some weeks back, and ever since we have a message appearing daily on screen regarding Media Gallery, which reads: Click ok to try again, or enter an alternate path to a folder containing the installation package 'Media Gallery x64.msi' in the box below. The box below has details beginning: C:\users\admini~1appdata\local\temp etc., This is followed by the following message: ERROR 1706 VALID SOURCE COULD NOT BE FOUND FOR PRODUCT MEDIA GALLERY. To fully uninstall click on a shortcut (doesnt matter which one) and click delete. A window should open asking you to delete or cancel. DONT CLICK THOSE. There should be a text saying to fully delete file go on... Click on the blue letter an it should open a new window. Right click minecraft, uninstall and now it should uninstall. Now go on minecraft.net log in download (its for free because typing already paid before for the first one). It should work again now.
