I get the can't connect to the Internet page & when I run the Diagnostic it reports the Error 12029 for the HTTP, HTTPS, and FTP ports. I have run through multiple lists of basic fixes for this & all is well. I can connect to the Internet in Safe Mode & with other computers so it is not an ISP problem. After looking through many posts & other websites & trying all of those suggestions, I have arrived at the bottom of the checklists which now say there is possibly a registry error or malware. So my guess is Norton either kicked & screamed on its way out the door & messed up something in the Registry, or it released a previously quara
