But that still did not work for me. The first fix did not work and as for the second, I could not run my installer program in Safe mode Subject: Re: Error 1935 From: djfreex-ga on 31 May 2005 08:25 PDT I had a similar problem. In addition to the Faq at Autodesk What I have done is: *Remove any optional hardware that requires installation of drivers (printers, add on cards.) *Defrag and repair harddisks *Delete all the previous installation files if there are any. *Type msconfig to Run... and Select Disable All from Startup options (That is gonna make the windows to boot without any additional startup programs.) *Restart *Install Autocad but on a different harddisk/partition if possible After the installation do not forget to rerun msconfig and set the startup to normal mode. I assumed you are using winxp. If this does not work I would try to install to a fresh installation of Xp after setting the installer service to manual. Subject: Re: Error 1935 From: anonim-ga on 31 May 2005 10:09 PDT If what djfreex-ga susggests you to do does not work you might as well contact the AutoDESK helpdesk as they suggest at the bottom of the FAQ. It is why you pay money bags for that program for the support. aNoNiM Subject: Re: Error 1
