HRESULT: 0x8007054F.and then it undoes the installation.I've tried Picoscope 6.10.11 and 6.6.57, but I get the same error.I've found various web pages referring to this error code, but they either describe fixing methods which don't seem to be doable on my PC or they are selling dubious PC-fixing software.Any ideas? I have the game on disc and I want to install it rather than buy it again on Steam. But whenever i try and install it it crashes out at the point of trying to install DX (which I have version 11) with an Error 1935 message "an error occurred during the installation of assembly component". Does anyone know a solution to this, or is my disc just a coaster? Download this package from Microsoft, unpack it anywhere you like and run the setup from there. http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/...px?id=8109 (It should coexist with your current DirectX installation without issues, so it's not a downgrade, but more of a filling of a massive gap.) Won't that be a problem? I run other games in dx11 and i'd rather be able to continue to do so. In fact I can also set those games to run in dx9. I'm not sure I understand how this works? 18-06-2015 08:39 AM Search Quote Plokite_Wolf Member Posts: 93 Joined: Dec 2011 Post: #4 RE: Error 1935 - Trying to Install C&C3 on
