Have run all the recommended repair tools from quickbooks suggested guide. Also run anti-virus which came back clear and tried to install in error 1935 selective and safe mode. This is the only machine out of 10 similar machines that is having this issue. What I mean was they are running Microsoft office 2016 while this one is running Office 2007. All the specifications for this computer meet the specifications required to install the Enterprise 15 edition. I get all the way through the installation process (prerequisites, copying files) and then when the final installation bar is at around 40% when it is supposed to open the cmd prompt to do some tasks in the background, the progress bar goes back to 0% and i get the 1935 error. eric × Close Why do you want to report this?
